About Anomaly:
Anomaly are a band from the UK midlands. It consists of band members Alex Brook, Cameron Ward, Fin Randle and Josh Ranger.
Following their formation as an indie/rock covers band in late 2017, Anomaly took their hometown of Rugby by storm. Performing their first gig and first original song ‘I Won’t Wait’ (Brook, Ranger) in March 2018. After two summers of gigs and festivals, notably Godiva festival Coventry, Anomaly recorded their first EP ‘Insight’ via Flipside Recording Studios in July 2019. A sell out live launch followed in the September, with a release to online platforms in the October that year.
With live performances impossible during the pandemic, the band turned their heads to live-streamed concerts in the name of charity. Support and money was raised for 3 separate charities over 2 live streams. ‘Anthony Nolan’, ‘Hope4’, and ‘March a Million’ were the worthy causes selected.
Recently, Anomaly released a Christmas cover to spread cheer in the festive season, and are now working on new music to hopefully share with the world as soon as possible.
